An Evening ~
Meditation & Talk
with
Venerable Ajahn
Thanasanti
Wednesday ~ April
30, 2008 ~ 7 PM
Open to All
Ajahn Thanasanti is
a senior Buddhist Nun in the Theravadan forest
tradition. She has been teaching intensive meditation
retreats internationally for many years.
Her interests
include awakening compassion, finding skillful means to
embrace the whole human condition and resting in
awareness.
She currently
resides at Chittaviveka Monastery in England where she
is involved in the development and leadership of the
community.
The teachings are offered freely. The support of
the monastics of the Theravadan Forest tradition
worldwide is totally dependent on the generosity of lay
people. Generosity is a path to recognizing our own
goodness. This provides us an opportunity to give
without expectation and directly access our own goodness
